The other way is to use WSL2 and mounting the ext4 disk, see

You should be able to start a WSL, in which you can mount the ext4 partition and the Windows partition. Then you can use rsync, while keeping your node running. You might even be able to access the disk from Windows, when mounted in WSL (but not sure about it) and then use Robocopy.

There you would have both options - robocopy from Windows and rsync from WSL2.
