Missing payments

I use trust wallet as my place to store my Storj.

I seem to have a problem since the change that happened at the start of the year with the from address for payments changing to zkSync. If I look at my address on Etherscan I can see the payments being made but I am not receiving the storj in my wallet. This had previously been working correctly for 2 years.

Can anybody point me in the right direction as to what is going wrong?

You cant see payment to zksync on etherscan.

If you can see the balance in etherscan then it must be a problem with your wallet software.
You aren’t signed up to zksync? but all the normal payments come from zk too

I would suggest that you follow these instructions - specifically step 3: If the account balance is not the same as on Etherscan, contact support for your wallet.
