Mouse Hover on suggested topics shows content of the current topic

When you hover over the suggested thread links below a topic, the tooltip shows the text of the thread you are currently in.

Tested with both FF and Chrome’s recent versions. See attached pic.

I’ve seen this issue for a while now, on different machines, all running Win10 Pro x64 and the aforementioned browsers…
