I never said condoned. But the response here is significantly different in other places.
for example in this thread: Nodes uses VPN to bypass /24 rule

  1. Not a single official response from Storj and 2. Posts from some SNO’s indicating how they use the vps’es to bypass the /24 rule. Again. No consistency with the above statement.
