My node is not connnecting to satellites

Hi, Alexey!
I sent you my last 20 lines on my node that says its offline and misssconfigured, but i checked everything and it seems to be alright, but it looks like the satellites are down?
hope you can help on this :slight_smile:

this error indicates that you have problems with your local network, or you specified a wrong IP in your node’s configuration.

Please compare your WAN IP on your router with IP on Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router, they should match, otherwise your port forwarding rule will not work.
Please also make sure that the address provided in the option contact.external-address: in your config.yaml file is matched WAN IP and IP on yougetsignal.

To change the config file you should use a plain text editor such as Notepad++, do not use a regular Notepad or Word, they may corrupt your config file.
After the change do not forget to save the config file and restart the storagenode service either from the Services applet or from an elevated PowerShell:

Restart-Service storagenode

If you use a DDNS domain, make sure that your subscription is not expired and that it’s updated to your current public IP:

nslookup your.ddns.hostname 8.8.8.8

should return the same IP as the WAN IP from your router and IP from yougetsignal. If they do not match, you need to setup an DDNS updater either on your router (in the DDNS section) or using the application from your DDNS provider (for NoIp it’s called DUC), you need to use only one of these methods - either your router or the application.
