Any problem with Nods? my nods are offline for 6 hours and give me this: 2021-07-07T10:31:48.197Z ERROR contact:service ping satellite failed

Hi @rui_guedes,
This means your node cannot be contacted from externally. Please check WAN IP or DDNS resolution matches configured node settings. Also check using external port checker for open port - Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router
