My online score went down to 61.11%, no downtime

I started another node about 2 days ago. On the dashboard, uptime says 46h (as it should be), but on ap1 satellite, it says the node has 61.11% uptime, and on the other satellites it’s a bit higher.

How can I fix it, as it’s close to getting suspended?

I think this happens sometimes just wait few days and it will fix it self

Now it feel even more, got suspended on 3 satellites.

For how long this node has been running? And what brand router do you have?

The online score is calculated for 30 days window, so it may continue to reduce because of past downtime. If you fixed the offline issue, it should fully recover after 30 days online. See

You may check when your node was not available for the satellites:

You then can check logs of your firewall and router to figure out, why your node was not available on these dates.

It’s now fully disqualified. I know what could have been the problem. I used a tunneling service, because my ISP now uses CGNAT. Now I discovered that in my contract I have port forwarding, so I sent them an email, and they are now solving that. Then I will start a new node.

I’m sorry about that. I hope that you would fix this issue!

I’m sorry to hear.

Not you didn’t bother to answer the questions either, so were you actually seeking help or just emotional support for these hard times?

Usually port forwarding needs to be set up also for VPN. A subscription to a certain port so to say.

Besides, as long you are less than 30 days offline your node might survive this all. Interesting though, you got 85GB …?
