For some reason, the dashboard shows that my node is down. I checked everything. The service is running. My ports are opened. My identity key and cert are intact and point to the correct path. I tried reinstalling Storjnode on my Windows again but the dashboard still shows my node is down. Is it the dashboard is down and not my node? Cuz I can heard my hard disk is running.
i would think you have not configured your windows firewall , (just for quick test) try to disable windows firewall , stop storagenode service, launch it again
and come back here to tell us the result
Yes Port 28967 is allowed to go through my windows firewall for both TCP and UDP, so I don’t think it’s a firewall issue.

Even my total disk space of 10TB has been changed to 1.00B only. Is this normal? I’ve been a node operator for more than 3 years, surely the stats should be more than 0 in every category.
This is usually mean that node is restarting or stopped and you see a cached version in your browser.

Sorry I’m tech idiot. I only know how to download the storagenode installer, follow the steps and run it on Windows. The rest is automatic. I rely very much on the dashboard to get the status of my bandwidth and the disk space used.
Edit - additional comment: Regarding the cached version you mentioned earlier, how is it that my cached version shows zero activities and 1.00B when all the while my disk space allocated was 10TB? Shouldn’t the cached version show some values in all the categories since it has been running for more than 3 years?
It caches only layout, not values.

bandwidthdb: database disk image is malformed
- because this database is corrupted and you need to fix it
