My suspension score for two satellites is 99.98 and 99.99% for us-centrail1 and asia-east respectively.
When I ran the following command on power it gave me the following output.

the question is that should I worry about something?
like getting disqualified on the satellites?

If your failing any kinda audits this is a problem, The error with I/O device error is not a good thing. So yes you should look into this asap before you do get DQed.

but my audits are 100%. Just the suspension rates are declining to 99.98 and 99.99%.

Yes that is to help you and give you time to figure out the problem…If your drive is failing, your node is no longer getting anymore data its only getting audits and if someone downloads from it. So I would either keep a close eye on it if it keeps falling then there is a real issue. If you see the error file not found then its a real issue.

I just noticed that your log is showing old dates do you have an updated log? In windows you can just goto the storagenode.log file and search inside notepad it much easier.

The file is approximately 200 MB. Only the picture file format is supported. How should I send you this file?

As I said in your ticket - please, stop the storagenode, and perform the chkdsk /f e:\, then install https://www.timesynctool.com/ and sync your clocks, then start the storagenode back and check your logs: https://documentation.storj.io/resources/faq/check-logs
