I have just set up a storage node and no matter what I do I can’t get it online.
Port forwarding is set up correctly and confirmed open. I have also added firewall rules to allow traffic in and out on the port.
There is nothing in the logs that indicates any error.
The only thing that shows any issues is the last contact data on the dashboard which shows: 17701596h 48m ago
I have checked the dns is resolving correctly. I have checked that the port is open, I have checked that the cert is signed properly.
I have no idea where to look.
this is using he storagenode-v3 beta on unraid.

Can you show your docker run command ? Remove any personal info from it.
here’s what is set in the unraid ui:
in the extra parameters it contains:
–mount type=bind,source="/mnt/user/storj/identity/storagenode/",destination=/app/identity --mount type=bind,source="/mnt/user/storj/",destination=/app/config
Why are you using port 28969 ?
There was my issue.
What a stupid mistake, I have corrected the port and it worked immediately.
Spent ages looking throguh the forums reading through complicated issues and obviously it was a stupid easy mistake to fix.

I suspect that was because it’s the port number defaulted in the template for Internet Address: when you pull down the Storj container
