Offline means the satellite cannot reach your node. Check your ports, port forwarding rules, firewalls, etc.

Stop the node while you are doing that, Satellites will start throttling requests if they keep being unsuccessful. Start some web server on that port instead until you figure out connectivity.

Please check your WAN IP on your router and compare with the IP from Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router, if they doesn’t match, then your ISP putted you behind CGNAT, and you have several options:

Call ISP and ask them to provide you a public IP, it could be dynamic, but must be public (WAN IP will match IP on yougetsignal). You may say, that you need to have access to your security IP cam from anywhere to do not explain Storj.
Switch ISP to one, which provides a public IP
Use VPN with a port forwarding feature, such as portmap.io, ngrok, PIA, AirVPN, PureVPN, etc.

If your WAN IP matches IP from yoursignal, then make sure that the IP in the node’s configuration is matched that IP too. If your IP is dynamic, you need to use a DDNS to avoid updating your node’s config every time when IP is changed.

If you want access it not from the same PC, but from your other devices in the network, you can uncomment the parameter console.address: and set it to 0.0.0.0, save the config and restart the node.

You may also use this method, it would allow you to access the dashboard from the LAN and the internet as well:
