there is still very less traffic on the node. In the first days after going online the first time there was even more as you can see in the picture. The system is running on a pi 4.

What is version of your node?
The node is running on version 1.26.3
You need to keep updated.
You are on old version
Now i have version 1.29.3

Yes, that’s the latest one.
You should consider configuring watchtower, so your node(s) gets updated automatically.
This to prevent this kind of drop in activity, and eventually disqualification.
