node automatically went offline. and then it got better so i got discouraged and i have no idea why. yes port error but I did not do anything about the ports. everything looks the same but node was offline for 2 days and this lowered my score. I’m discouraged. port forwarding everything was normal
do you have static ip or you use ddnas service? if ddns check it updated.

Have there been reboots? If so, please, check - is it was shutdown after reboot?
If it shutdown due the “ping satellite failed” error, then perhaps your system starting relatively slow, so when the storagenode service has started, the network system services was not ready.
