i think i find some kind of problem with the disk at the virtualisation layer… anyway already thanks you all.
I will try to contact a friend of me to fix these eventually proxmox problem and will come back when i have new information

For me is the other way around. My ingress and egress increased since yesterday, while beeing low for some time. I guess that is just how the network works

It looks like i found out what the problem was. it looks like it was a partition problem inside the linux VM, I extendet the partition but forgot to use rezise2fs. After i used resize2fs for the data disk now i get more traffic, since tonight where i reboot the system i already got around 18GB ingress (befor near to 0) more data at the disk 
= big money
