Node needs manual ping to stay online? v0.29.3

My newly stood up Storj node seems to fall offline after some time.
I did carefully follow the steps over at

The port check passes

I manually verified the identity also and see the 6 files with the expected data.

If I start the Docker image, the dashboard says OFFLINE. When I manually ping using this tool, the Dashboard says Online, which seems good. However, no traffic is hitting the node, and I’m skeptical it’s actually working, because after some few hours it goes back into Offline mode. Happened twice in the past ~12 hours. Will keep monitoring…

How long should it normally take for traffic to start flowing into my node? I would have expected a few minutes, not days.

Storj: v0.29.3
Hosting: Kubernetes + GKE with a static IP

Ah, thanks @nerdatwork!
Was staring me in the face the whole time, thanks for noticing that.

Think I’m all set now, am seeing traffic coming in.
Excited to be part of this
