There is a trusted satellite list the node uses to know which satellites to communicate with. You could make your own list that only includes the Europe West 1 satellite: 12L9ZFwhzVpuEKMUNUqkaTLGzwY9G24tbiigLiXpmZWKwmcNDDs@eu1.storj.io:7777 and tell your node to use that list instead in your config file.
