I think that my problem is worth than I expected.
My HDD of 6tb that I used to store data from the node seems to not working. It’s making sound that I don’t like… (like it’s blocked… tuc…tuc…tuc…tuc…tuc)… I just plugged it on my other linux system and it doesn’t recognize the HDD. 
As it seems that my problem is not really link to the subject of this topic, I will close this one and open another to ask for help.
