My node has been suspended, got the email notice. The suspension was valid, my drive had filled and the service wouldn’t start.
I’ve now fixed it. Do I just have to be functional and it will eventually auto unsuspend? Or is there something I need to do so the system knows I’ve fixed the problem and am back up and running?

If the problem got fixed and the node is back to normal operation (Online, receiving and sending data), it should recover automatically, yes.
Keep an eye on your suspension scores: they should rise again until the node gets reinstated.
If these suspension scores do not improve in the coming couple of days, you’ll have to investigate your logs to check what is going wrong.
