to 36 hours, I thought that the abuse of a disk with synchronization would happen at least less often … but synchronization still occurs once a day, the settings do not work on windows? running without docker

Do you actually saved the config file? If you used the Notepad++, it doesn’t ask you to save the file when you close it, and restores edited version on each start. So, you should explicitly save the file.
When you saved the file, you should restart the service
