Hi there,
I received this morning the following email:
Then I logged in to the dashboard and noticed that only one satellite considers the node to be offline. Please see the below screenshot:
How that is possible? The node is up and running and of course connected.
As a side information, that happened only to one of my nodes, which also doesn’t make sense.
I would appreciate any ideas of what is going on here and if there is something I could do in order to fix that problem.
With kind regards,
Angelos Pitsos
There was an issue with the US1 satellite, just restart your node.

There is always something causing problems. Reducing the reputation of my node, without being responsible, sucks!
How should I know that I should restart the node?
I reccived several emails today morning that nodes are offline only on US1 sattelite. looks strange, nodes show 0m last contact.
If there is some strange issue going on without a clear cause, restarting is a lot of times a solution, so it does not hurt as a first debugging step.

Stay updated and read forum. There were threads about this matter already. As long as audit and suspension are 100% I wouldn’t bother to much about the online score. It will go up again

I just had this happen to one of my nodes, The online score for US1 has been dropping while the node is online.
The other node hosted on the same box has not had any problems.
I have restarted both and will report back if the second nodes online score starts climbing again.

Hello @tragedy-snub-clip ,
Welcome to the forum!
To fully recover it requires 30 days without offline events. Each offline event requires additional 30 days to recover.
