You need to search for “ping satellite failed” and take a look, which satellites cannot contact your node.
Perhaps traffic from these satellites filtered either on your PC (in the firewall rule you must not specify the source IPs), or on your router - in the firewall or in the port forwarding rule you specified the source address (it should not be specified), or it’s done by your ISP.
