Please, check your logs for errors similar to
You can use this guide: https://support.storj.io/hc/en-us/articles/360042257912-Suspension-mode to understand how to apply filters.
You need to search for “ping satellite failed” and take a look, which satellites cannot contact your node.
Perhaps traffic from these satellites filtered either on your PC (in the firewall rule you must not specify the source IPs), or on your router - in the firewall or in the port forwarding rule you specified the source address (it should not be specified), or it’s done by your ISP. Please, search for error “Ping satellite failed” in the storagenode’s logs to find can satellites contact your node.
This is warning, not a error. So severity is lower. The UDP port forwarding is not mandatory yet, but highly recommended.
which mean we must set port forwarding for TCP and UDP as well?
like port 28967 TCP and port 28967 UDP

no warning and no error popup on my config log…

Because something in your network is blocking traffic from these satellites.
Please, check all firewalls and make sure that there is no blocking rules for outgoing traffic from your machine with storagenode.
It could be also your provider.
Also, please check your logs for connection errors to/from these satellites, search for “ping satellite failed”.

my log just have upload and download only…it should be no problem if according to my log…im i right?
If the traffic is being blocked then the node logs wouldn’t show that, as the storagenode would not see the contact attempt.
Please check you can ping the addresses - us.storj.io and saltlake.tardigrade.io
If the pings work then you need to look further at @Alexey’s suggestion…
