Why is the online score on one satellite so low. At what percentage do I have serious problems here? Unfortunately, the node hung up for about 10 hours after 3 months due to a memory problem while I was working. The value for the US2 seems to me somehow too low compared to the others.
check logs then, there you can find answer.
Below 60% you might get suspended (only if the satellite has enough data to make that call → lower score doesn’t mean you always get suspended). If you get suspended the satellite will give you 7 days to fix the problem and than measure your uptime for the following 30 days. As long as you have a score better than 60% at the end of that 30 days periode you are safe. If not you might get disqualified (I am not sure if we enabled that part)
