Online scores are decreasing while node is online 24/7

Hey guys!
I’m running a node in docker under TrueNas Scale, it has only been down for container updates. On the dash QUIC says OK, it always shows online, the logs show only occasional “unexpected EOF” errors, more than 99% of the time the piece uploads/downloads are successful, the used capacity is climbing by 1TB every month so far, audit and suspension scores are 100% for all the satellites, egress, repair, audit and ingress traffic looks normal.
I’ve allocated 4GB of ram and 15 of the 16 threads of a Ryzen 2700.
DDNS is good, and I have 1Gbps up and down bandwidth, Storj has dedicated drives.
Despite all this, online scores are decreasing by a little every day.
What could be the problem?

Do you have any firewalls/AntiDDOS/etc security solutions in the way?

How do you know that? Which service are you using?

Thanks, I think the router’s firewall was the culprit, so I turned it off. I hope the online scores will start rising again!

O_o please don’t turn off your firewall. Turn off snort/suricata/anti-ddos/etc. but do keep firewall on.

I was down bad for those online scores to increase lol. I turned firewall back on and made sure DoS protection is off. I tried pinging the node both with TCP and UDP from WAN and now it responds, so I hope all is good.

Just FYI – it will take 1 month for score to recover. Online score is computed on a moving 30 window.

Thanks again, you’re a life saver.
The scores already started climbing back up, in average by around +0.08%.
