Pay us in a stable coin

Why not paying us in a stable coin?
I get that paying us in fiat would require kyc, contracts, paperwork, etc, too costly for you, and too unconvenient for us.
But why not paying us in USDT for ex. It’s still a crypto, dosen’t require all that hassle, the gas fees are the same on ethereum network, and the token dosen’t depriciate after you received it, making us rushing to exchange it in fiat, like we do with Storj tonken.
And you can keep the usdt in usdt “for ever”, you can see the history of what you are beeing payed matching the payout history in your dashboard, no need to search for historychal pairity, etc.

No, not USDT: It´s banned in EU!

Wait since when is USDT banned in the EU? That’s new to me

It’s not compliant with MiCA regulations:

Crap! It seems that only USDC and EURC remain for europeans.

Doesn’t the MiCA change only affect CEX’s in the EU, not the people?

Like anyone in the EU can still own USDT and do anything they want with it… but if they also use an EU exchange it may no longer be listed there? Any other exchanges they use are fine? And USDC is fine? And Tether could apply for the license they need if they want to?

Circle may have to mint a few more tokens: but it doesn’t sound like much will change.

It’s absolutely doesn’t matter for Storj, SNO will be paid in STORJ tokens. No stablecoin, no tron or whatever other token in existence. And we do not have plans to pay in fiat too.

From options - STORJ ERC20 via L1 (Ethereum) or STORJ ERC20 via L2 (zkSync Era).
