It’s not marketing bull: it does save fees when you’re sending to a huge number of addresses. ETH does support batched transactions: but I don’t know either it if lets you specify a high-half-fee to cover the sending the coins but have a low-half-fee for the receiving side.
I think Storj just wants everyone to use zkSync Era. Even if the first thing most SNOs have to do is to pay to get it off zkSync Era to do anything useful
