@jtolio please check you payment script, there was some Ether anomalia and payment was 2800 gway last about 10 min, and you transfered 150$ for 1000$ trasnaction fee

This looks like a human error. The transaction with the high fee was not created by the payout script. The payout script would send out withdraw transaction but the one with the high fee is a deposit. So more like a mistake before the payout script gets executed.
so you need to check transaction cost when storj make it, own experience takes expensive , but explain very well.
