With news payout Limit when is the math for changing USD in storj done ? At the time the transfer is done for each month on its own

AFAIK, the conversion from USD to Storj happens at payment time. Which means that different SNOs may receive different amounts of Storj token for the same amount in USD, depending on when their payment happens.

There have been discussions around this in the past, and apparently this solution was the one that suited most people.
