This is mean that your network doesn’t work. Perhaps DNS.
All my 4 nodes doesn’t have a such error.

mine is showing ten failed attempts
As turned out my provider also have had a partial outage
odd storjnet.info is showing that ap1. is online
It’s online, but partially broken. Something work, something not.
As @BrightSilence said - take a look on https://status.storj.io/
well at least the important part (Billing) is working 
Ap1 still down for others? I haven’t not been getting successful pings for a few days from only that satellite.
