Онлайн сайты с тестом портов пишут, что порты открыты: 28967 (тут windows gui узел) /28968 (тут докер).

Вы используете IP или DDNS в external address?
Некоторые DDNS не всегда хорошо работают и спутник не может разресолвить DDNS domain.

После того как начались проблемы - поставил IP (у меня постоянный).

А сейчас вообще, посыпались эти ошибки с невозможностью пинга и узел стал оффлайн.
Как будто сервер вообще не ко мне пытается пинг сделать.

Yes, some of my nodes are still offline. So it’s not just the EU satellite.

Then I would like to suggest to check usual problems like not updated/not reliable DDNS, that your ISP didn’t enable CGNAT for you, etc.

Please also post your error from the logs.

Your error is different. You may even try to open http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:28968 in your mobile browser using the mobile internet. If this IP and port are open, you will see a page with some health info about your node.
So, you need to check that your IP has not changed and your ISP didn’t put you behind CGNAT.
You need to compare the IP from Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router with WAN IP on your router. If they doesn’t match - the port forwarding rule will not work, because your ISP decided to put you behind CGNAT.

Because the Docker Desktop itself uses a lot of hacks to make a Linux container work under Windows, like it’s native. Maybe you need to reboot this PC.

That’s right. If you got this via a mobile internet. If using a WiFi - it’s not valid. You need that your node will be available outside.
