Port forwarding in router, local or external?

According to this: https://docs.storj.io/node/dependencies/port-forwarding I need to add a port forwarding rule in my router.

When I try to set this up in accordance with the documentation, I have port range options both ‘local’ and ‘external’ and it isn’t clear which boxes to put the ’ 28967 port in?

My device local IP is 192.168.0.10, here’s a breakdown of I have set it up:

Local IP Address : 192.168.0.10
Local Port Range : 10-10
External Port Range : 28967-28967
External Protocol : BOTH
Enabled : True

Please can you validate that this is correct, or let me know where I’ve gone wrong?

local port range and external port range should be the same and both equal to 28967-28967
