Have a raid array in a power supply and ups redundant server , but cant control the reability off my provider network 
I wouldn’t worry too much about that. Disqualification only happens if you lost files. Being offline will only lead to suspension after your uptime drops below 60% over the last 30 days. That allows for a lot of slack.
