Possible Scam - Storj Labs facebook account trying to make users click suspicious link

With crypto you never just win anything. Even random token drops are usually pretty scammy. I recently received a drop of [redacted] tokens that I didn’t ask for. And now they’re stuck in my wallet because they are frozen and can’t be unlocked unless I spend at least double in transaction fees on their exchange. I call that a scam and an annoying one at that as I have these useless tokens that I can’t even destroy or give away.

Edit: decided to remove the token name as I don’t want to give them any kind of exposure.

yeah lol. I probably received the same tokens… useless locked scam…

Nobody is giving free stuff to anyone. Always check multiple times if you get something offered.

My guess people are so desperate that they need the money so they will do anything to try and get it even if it means they loose everything. Anytime anything asks for a private key for crypto it means instant scam.

Etherscan has added a feature to filter out these scam tokens.

It’s slightly off topic, but might be useful to you as well.
