The command cp should be executed before you started an sqlite3.exe binary, not after.
The sqlite3 binary should be executed with the full path to the database file by the way.

Are you sure, that you have bandwidth.db corrupted? In the article it’s just an example, you need to fix the corrupted database, not always bandwidth.db (your node have 14 databases).
Also, are you sure that your databases are in the E:\StorjD1.14\storage\ folder? This path is usually exist only on docker nodes.
I was thinking what yes, becouse in logs were mistake …bandwidth.db… malformed. But now then I am checking the logs, it is this:
Node is offline. What this message means and what shall I do to repair node? I have 2 nodes on same machine with this mistake, third working well. There are 3 different internet lines with different IP on this PC, but looks it have no influence when I change IP’s between nodes.
I tryed to search on forum, but didn’t found something close to my case. What do you think?

If this database is reported as a malformed, yes, you can try to fix it with that article.
You also have an option to re-create it:
But you will lose the stat and the history.
“Invalid hostname” is a usual error when the DNS server doesn’t work. Try to use 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1, if they are not blocked by Roscompozor…

Так и не понял, что была за ошибка с доступам с серверу, но она сама исчезла.
Я пересоздал базы данных, на одном из дисков это помогло и он работает.
На втором, теперь при запуске в логах вижу такую ошибку. Поиск по ней тоже не очень помог. Диск размером 20Тб (18.1), пробовал при запуске выставлять 10Тб, но это не помогло. Что можно сделать?

The disk is slow, so I can recommend only to disable a lazy filewalker, to allow it to run with a normal priority. Perhaps it could help.

Yes, but you need to uncomment it (remove the # character with a following space, the option should start from the first position in the line) before saving the config and restarting the node.
The value for it to disable a lazy filewalker should be false

This is very strange, becouse neighbour node on same external IP works fine. Only forvarded port is different. You said, I need to use dns 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, is it in router settings? Do you mean this one?

This error is not related to the filewalker, it’s related to a DNS server - your host cannot resolve the standard hosts. I would recommend to use 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 as a DNS server on this host to fix this issue.

Алексей, это не DNS. Я попробовал запустить ноду с двумя разными провайдерами. На каждом из этих провайдорав есть другие ноды, которые нормально работают без каких-либо манипуляций с DNS. Я просто подставлял настройки от работающей ноды в эту, но результат везде та-же ошибка. Что еще может быть не так? Жалко из-за этого убивать 3Тб ноду.
DNS тоже подставлял в роутер (видно на скрине в сообщении выше), это не дает результата.

Тогда что-то (кто-то…) блокирует нормальное подключение к version.storj.io
Ошибка говорит о том, что узел не может подключиться к https://version.storj.io из-за ошибки TLS - может быть что-то пытается подменить сертификат и в результате возникает ошибка, похожая на ошибку разрешения адреса через DNS.
Попробуйте использовать другого провайдера или VPN.
Something is blocking the normal connection to the version.storj.io site. The error is that it can’t establish a secure connection to that site. Looks like something is trying to alter a certificate and as a result it get an error similar to inability to resolve the hostname.
I would recommend to change the ISP provider or use a VPN in case if they are trying to alter a certificate.
Is it only me have such problem? No other claims from Russian SNO? This trick with DNS doesn’t help. No connection via 3 different providers. Nodes which has been started some time ago, continue to work, but if I restart any of them, it give this TLS mistake.
So far - yes. Perhaps your ISP is doing something weird.
You may try to stop and remove the container, remove the image, pull it back, then try to run a node, there is a small probability that you have an old image with outdated certificates chains.
Well, I fixed this TLS error, some strange mistake inside MGTS, was fixed only after changing of router by them and remaking contract from MGTS to MTS.

This is now related to your data location. Please check that your disk is correct and mounted to the system

It missing the file, which is usually created when you setup the node and if it’s disappeared - something bad is happened: either you lost data, or provided a wrong path.
