Problem creating storage node

Hello there.

I’ve been trying to set up the storage node but keep getting this error when writing in ./identity.exe authorize storage node

The error is:

2021/04/21 19:40:26 proto: duplicate proto type registered: node.SigningRequest
2021/04/21 19:40:26 proto: duplicate proto type registered: node.SigningResponse
Error: rpc: dial tcp 35.188.114.190:8888: i/o timeout

I’m unable to finalize the configuration because of this error.

Hi @lorenzomiguelat,
I haven’t seen that error before but at a guess it looks as though the identity.exe process doesn’t have internet access in order to contact the remote signing server. Please allow outbound access through any firewall.
