The IP address 35.224.44.57 cannot be reached.
Could you test this?

More details needed. What are you trying to do, what you expect to happen, what actually happpens, a few relevant log lines, command line, network environment, what have you checked so far, etc.

I was able to solve the problem, it was due to the firewall settings.

Welcome to the forum!

You need to allow connection from any port and all IPs of your host to any host and port in the internet.
You need to allow connection from any internet host and any internet port to your node’s port, e.g. 28967/tcp and 28967/udp.
