Projects created before that date (November 1, 2025) will at bucket creation be able to choose from legacy pricing or new tiers

Will the subj be implemented any time soon? Currently i was able to make Active Archive buckets only in new projects.

Not yet, as far as I know. But you may switch the old project to a new pricing tiers via a support request.
