Yes, you have to pay fee for withdrawal. At the moment only in ETH (on mainnet). We are working with zkSync’s team to enable STORJ as a payment token for fee, as it is enabled on the test network:

I am currently testing zkSync in testnet. If you want to try it yourself here is what you should do. Step 1: Go to https://rinkeby.zksync.io/ and open your wallet. I am using a trezor hardware wallet that can be connected via MetaMask. Step 2: Most likely you will have 0 TestETH and also 0 TestSTORJ.
