At least defragmenting orders.db file should help a lot because it’s constantly used.
I honestly couldnt tell you if that helps or not cause I run on linux not windows. I cant imagine it being good for the drive itself though…
Orders have moved to separate files with the latest version.
I’m still on 1.11.1. I have a feeling automatic updates are not working for me.
It’s possible your node hasn’t been picked for the 1.12.3 update yet. It can take up to a week for all Windows GUI nodes to receive the update via the auto updater.
Orders have already been moved to files in that one, so defraying the orders.db is of no use.
