You can vacuum them the usual way for SQLite:

1. Stop and remove the container (or stop the service in case of Windows/Linux GUI)
2. Run the command

I have a bunch of nodes and tested runtime of vacuuming the databases in-place against copying them to a ramdisk, vacuuming them there, and moving them back to the disk. Why do we have to call vacuum? That shouldn’t be needed. Autovacuum should also not be needed.

I think you should not fix what’s not broken.
