Random Disk Space usage drops?

I’ve been getting sporadic average disk space usage drops:

Has anyone else experienced this? This is for the us1 satellite

That “Average Disk Space Used This Month” number comes from the Satellite… from some sort of daily job that fails quite often. So yes we all have dropouts like that, and no it doesn’t affect your payouts. The satellite always has accurate payment info internally: it’s just that job that exports it so we can see it that has issues.

So payment calculation is always accurate while anything else is not? :see_no_evil:

yes. Different methods of interpreting the same information.
The payout is based on orders. So it is accurate because it is the same loop as for customers.

The loop for using Avg is unfortunately unreliable and is only there to show that fancy graph on the nodes, it is not used for anything else.

I also believe that the previous and the new one avg loop may overlap, because it’s running every day.
