The limits Understanding Storj Usage Limits - Storj Docs apply to linksharing and also to self-hosted linksharing. There’s a link on that page to request increased limits. There’s no extra cost associated with raising limits, the usage is billed at normal rates.
A way to bypass rate limits altogether would be to use some sort of caching layer like a cdn. Using Storj with Bunny CDN - Storj Docs
