Я вернул настройки win10, включил европейский регион, и о чудо, StorJ Audit работает, хотя формат даты системы и StorJ Audit отличается.
Все узлы онлайн.
Не знаю есть ли эта проблема еще у кого-то, но для меня проблема решена. Спасибо.
