this could be interesting for storj.
I can’t explain it any better than the overview.
I just saw that ownCloud Infinite Scale uses it.
What problem with current application does this solve? To a layman like myself, it just appears that they insert themselves as a middleman to a data flow.
From what I can tell it translates a set of different, but widely adopted APIs into a new single API.
