It’s depending on your local laws.
Our Terms does not limit the Operator (except Countries list under restrictions enforced by USA):
The only thing to take into consideration - the Storage Node Operators’ services are paid in STORJ tokens only.
All calculations are performed in USD, but the actual money transfer is performed in STORJ tokens converted from USD on date of the transfer.
