I’m able to reproduce an issue, if you use a relative paths in the --mount options. It want to have only absolute paths.
something like --mount type=bind,source=~\AppData\Roaming\Storj\Identity\storagenode,destination=/app/identity
Also, in which shell you trying to run it? cmd.exe or powershell.exe?
How is your F:\ connected to the PC? Network share will not work with Docker for Windows.
