Because of the danger of repeating myself a point I want to have clarified:
A local file is uploaded if the size of the local file is different than the size of the S3 object, the last modified time of the local file is newer than the last modified time of the S3 object, or the local file does not exist under the specified bucket and prefix.
Is there anyone who has tested this and can confirm that this does NOT work at the moment as described?
With me ALL files are simply completely uploaded again and the time stamp is set to the current time.
