I have updated to the latest available version 0.21.1 and from what I see everything works ok.
My doubt is that when entering the dashboard I have the following message: Your node has been paused on Fri, 02 Aug 2019 21:00:50 GMT. If you have any questions regarding this please contact our support.

Your node must have failed audits because of which your node is paused on said satellite. You can see this by selecting the satellite from the dropdown in the web dashboard.

Try to find out why you failed audits first. Did you lose any data? Was data not accessible by the node for a while. Then contact support@storj.io with all relevant info you can provide on it and include your node id and run command in the email.
