Sattelite Ping Failed & Dashboard not Working

Whenever i try to start my storage node that happens


Any guesses how i can fix it?
I also opened the ports :frowning:

Please, check that your WAN IP is match IP on Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router
Also, make sure that your DDNS hostname is resolved to the same IP (replace the your.ddns.org to your DDNS hostname):

nslookup your.ddns.org 8.8.8.8

Then check your port forwarding rule on your router, it should use the same IP as your PC with storagenode.
Check your firewall, it should allow incoming connections to 28967
Check your identity: Identity - Storj
