Second November payout

I happened to notice that this month I received two November payouts, one on Nov 3 and a much smaller one on Nov 12. I though the payout process had been consolidated into just a single payout. So why the second payout on Nov 12? Should I expect a similar situation for the Dec payout?

I think it is related to this:

Received a small out of cycle payout

It looks like my missing 10% from the last payout. So they corrected that mistake by paying the remaining amount. However, an expensive correction since the fee for transmitting ~$2 is actually $0.78.
